Monitoring |

Stay in control of your project by monitoring any interview anytime through Star Data Call Center’s exclusive Virtual Monitoring features. Virtual Monitoring works two ways:
- Use the Star Data Systems’ Dashboard feature to log onto your secure project website to obtain a list of MP3 audio files of all the interviews conducted to date on your project. Each MP3 audio file can be played as a streaming audio file using the Windows Media Player on your desktop PC, so no special software or PC features are required other than sound.
For the first day or two of interviewing, we can upload to the dashboard on an hourly basis. This feature is great for fine tuning a questionnaire at the beginning of a project.
- Monitor live interviews by calling in from your office and turning to a secure project website where you can view the actual interviewer screens as you listen to the interview.
All of Star Data Call Center’s stations are equipped for virtual monitoring, so you choose the interviewer you want to monitor from all the interviewers who are working on your project.
You may monitor as few or as many of your interviews whenever you like, from wherever you are. You stay in touch with your project from start to finish.
